একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন আইন ও মানি লন্ডারিং আইনের অধীন বিষয়াদি সহ ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য ফৌজদারী মোশন এবং অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে মৃত্যুদন্ডাদেশ কনফারমেশনের রেফারেন্স এবং একই রায় হইতে উদ্ভূত সকল ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল এবং উক্ত রায় হইতে উদ্ভূত ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং ফৌজদারী বিবিধ যদি থাকে; ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠনবিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহন করিবেন।
