ও জেল আপীল এবং উক্ত রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং ফৌজদারী বিবিধ যদি থাকে; ফৌজদারী আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত জামিনের আবেদনপত্র; ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল ও তৎসংক্রান্ত জামিনের আবেদনপত্র; ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল ও সকল জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র ও শুনানী; শুনানীর জন্য ফৌজদারী রিভিশন এবং ফৌজদারী বিবিধ মোকদ্দমাসমূহ: যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠনবিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহণ করিবেন।
