একক বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য আদিম অধিক্ষেত্রাধীন বিষয়াদিসমূহ; ১৯১৩ ও ১৯৯৪ ইং সনের কোম্পানী আইনের ১২-১৩, ৮১,৮৫, ২২৮-২২৯, ৫৯-৬০, ১৫৯ এবং ১৭১ ধারামতে আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ করিবেন; অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে একক বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য সকল লয়াজিমা বিষয়; যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদী সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠন বিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহণ করিবেন। উল্লেখ্য যে, অত্র কোম্পানী বেঞ্চ কাগজমুক্ত (Paper free) হওয়ায় ই-ফাইলিং আবশ্যক।
