একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে মামলার সন ও নম্বরের ধারাবাহিকতা অনুসরণ করিয়া মৃত্যুদন্ডাদেশ কনফারমেশনের রেফারেন্স এবং একই রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত সকল ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল এবং উক্ত রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং ফৌজদারী বিবিধ যদি থাকে; শুনানীর জন্য ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠনবিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহণ করিবেন।
