একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে ওয়াকফ, মুক্তিযোদ্ধা বিষয়ক ও ইনকামট্যাক্স সংক্রান্ত রীট মোশন এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত শুনানী; উপরোল্লিখিত রীট বিষয়াদি ব্যতীত ২০১০ সাল পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য সকল প্রকার রীট বিষয়াদি শুনানী করিবেন; যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠনবিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহণ করিবেন। |
