একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে মামলার সন ও নম্বরের ধারাবাহিকতা অনুসরণ করিয়া মৃত্যুদন্ডাদেশ কনফারমেশনের রেফারেন্স এবং একই রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত সকল ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল এবং উক্ত রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র; ফৌজদারী বিবিধ যদি থাকে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠনবিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহণ করিবেন।
উল্লেখ্য যে, প্রতি বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুর ২:০০ ঘটিকা হইতে বিকাল ৩:৪৫ মিনিট পর্যন্ত ফৌজদারী কার্যবিধি ৪৯৮ এবং ৫৬১A ধারা মোতাবেক ২০২৫ ইং সাল পর্যন্ত ফৌজদারী বিবিধ মোকদ্দমাসমূহ শুনানী ও নিস্পত্তি করিবেন এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ করিবেন। |
