একক বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য সকল লয়াজিমা বিষয় ও অনুর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের প্রথম বিবিধ আপীল, প্রথম বিবিধ আপীল (প্রবেট); যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন।
