একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য বিশেষ রীটসমূহ যথা-ভ্যাট, সম্পূরক শুল্ক, কাস্টমস, ইনকামট্যাক্স, আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান, অর্থঋণ, দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন আইন এবং মানি লন্ডারিং আইন সংক্রান্ত বিষয়াদি ব্যতীত সকল অর্থাৎ সাধারণ (General) রীট মোশন এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত শুনানী; হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ ও উহার অধীনস্থ আদালত সমূহের অবমননার অভিযোগপত্র; যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠনবিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহণ করিবেন।
