একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য সকল প্রকার ফৌজদারী মোশন; অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে মামলার সন ও নম্বরের ধারাবাহিকতা অনুসরণ করিয়া মৃত্যুদন্ডাদেশ কনফারমেশনের রেফারেন্স এবং একই রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত সকল ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল এবং উক্ত রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং ফৌজদারী বিবিধ যদি থাকে; ফৌজদারী আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত জামিনের আবেদনপত্র এবং শুনানীর জন্য ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল ও সকল জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র; শুনানীর জন্য ফৌজদারী রিভিশন মোকদ্দমা এবং ফৌজদারী বিবিধ মোকদ্দমাসমূহ; যেসব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন।
