একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন আইন ও মানি লন্ডারিং আইন সংক্রান্ত বিষয়াদিসহ ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য ফৌজদারী কার্যবিধির 498, 561A এবং 439 ধারার মোশন (প্রত্যেক সপ্তাহের রবিবার, সোমবার এবং মঙ্গলবার) এবং (প্রত্যেক সপ্তাহের বুধবার ও বৃহস্পতিবার) অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে ফৌজদারী বিবিধ ও ফৌজদারী রিভিশন (পুরাতন সনের) মোকদ্দমাসমূহ শুনানী ও নিষ্পত্তি করিবেন; ফৌজদারী আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত জামিনের আবেদনপত্র; ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল ও তৎসংক্রান্ত জামিনের আবেদনপত্র ও শুনানী; যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন।
