একক বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য সহকারী জজ ব্যতীত অন্য বিচারকের আদেশ ও ডিক্রির বিরুদ্ধে অনূর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের এবং সহকারী জজের মান নিরপেক্ষ আদেশ ও ডিক্রির বিরুদ্ধে দেওয়ানী মোশন; দেওয়ানী কার্যবিধি আইনের ৪১ অর্ডারের ১১ রুল অনুযায়ী শুনানীর জন্য অনূর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের আপীল; সহকারী জজ ব্যতীত অন্য বিচারকের আদেশ ও ডিক্রির বিরুদ্ধে অনূর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের এবং সহকারী জজের মান নিরপেক্ষ আদেশ ও ডিক্রির বিরুদ্ধে দেওয়ানী রুল ও দেওয়ানী রিভিশন মোকদ্দমা; অনূর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের আবেদনপত্র এবং একক বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযাগ্য সকল লয়াজিমা বিষয় ও অনূর্ধ্ব ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকা মানের প্রথম বিবিধ আপীল, প্রথম বিবিধ আপীল (প্রবেট); যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন।
উল্লেখ্য যে, ১ ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২১খ্রিঃ তারিখের পূর্বে দায়েরকৃত, স্থানান্তরিত বা চলমান সকল প্রকার দেওয়ানী মোকদ্দমা বা কার্যধারা অত্র বেঞ্চেই শুনানী ও নিষ্পত্তি হইবে। |
