একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন আইন ও মানি লন্ডারিং আইন সংক্রান্ত বিষয়াদিসহ ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য সকল প্রকার ফৌজদারী মোশন; এবং অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে মৃত্যুদন্ডাদেশ কনফারমেশনের রেফারেন্স এবং একই রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত সকল ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল এবং উক্ত রায় হইতে উদ্ভুত ফৌজদারী আপীল ও জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং ফৌজদারী বিবিধ যদি থাকে; ফৌজদারী আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত জামিনের আবেদন পত্র; ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল ও তৎসংক্রান্ত জামিনের আবেদনপত্র; ফৌজদারী মঞ্জুরীকৃত আপীল ও সকল জেল আপীল মঞ্জুরীর আবেদনপত্র ও শুনানী; শুনানীর জন্য ফৌজদারী রিভিশন এবং ফৌজদারী বিবিধ মোকদ্দমাসমূহ; যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন। এই গঠনবিধির অব্যবহিত পূর্বের গঠনবিধির কোন আংশিকশ্রুত থাকিলে তাহাও গ্রহণ করিবেন।
উল্লেখ্য যে, প্রতি বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুর ২:০০ ঘটিকা হইতে বিকাল ৪:১৫ মিনিট পর্যন্ত ফৌজদারী কার্যবিধি ৪৯৮ এবং ৫৬১A ধারা মোতাবেক ২০২৪ ইং সাল পর্যন্ত ফৌজদারী বিবিধ মোকদ্দমাসমূহ শুনানী ও নিস্পত্তি করিবেন এবং তৎসংক্রান্ত আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ করিবেন। |
