একত্রে ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে বসিবেন এবং শুনানীর জন্য ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে গ্রহনযোগ্য দেওয়ানী মোশন; শুনানীর জন্য প্রথম আপীল, প্রথম আপীল (প্রবেট), প্রথম বিবিধ আপীল, প্রথম বিবিধ আপীল (প্রবেট); ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকার উর্ধ্বমানের প্রথম বিবিধ আপীল; শুনানীর জন্য ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য দেওয়ানী রুল ও রিভিশন মোকদ্দমা; হাইকোর্ট রুলস-এর ৯ অধ্যায়ের ৩৪ রুল অনুযায়ী শুনানীর জন্য এবং ৬,০০,০০,০০০ টাকার উর্ধ্বমানের আপীল; ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য দেওয়ানী রুল, দেওয়ানী রিভিশন মোকদ্দমা ও তৎসংক্রান্ত আবেদনপত্র হইতে উদ্ভুত সকল লয়াজিমা বিষয়; ২০০১ইং সনের ১নং আইনের (শালিশী আইন-২০০১) ৪৮(ক), (খ) এবং (গ) ধারা মোতাবেক আপীল; দেউলিয়া বিষয়ক আপীল; ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ ও পৌরসভা (বিশেষ দায়িত্ব) অধ্যাদেশ, ১৯৯১ইং (অধ্যাদেশ নং-৬, ১৯৯১) এর অধীন আপীল; বাংলাদেশ লিগ্যাল প্র্যাকটিশনারস এন্ড বার কাউন্সিল অর্ডার, ১৯৭২ (রাষ্ট্রপতির ১৯৭২ সালের ৪৬নং আদেশ) এর অধীনে অনুচ্ছেদ ৩৬ মোতাবেক আপীল; ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য দেওয়ানী কার্যবিধি আইনের ৪১ অর্ডারের ১১ রুল অনুযায়ী আপীলসমূহ; দ্বৈত বেঞ্চে গ্রহণযোগ্য দ্বিতীয় আপীল; যে সব বিষয় এই বেঞ্চে স্থানান্তরিত হইবে এবং উপরোল্লিখিত বিষয়াদি সংক্রান্ত রুল, আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ ও শুনানী করিবেন।
উল্লেখ্য যে, ১ ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২১খ্রিঃ তারিখের পূর্বে দায়েরকৃত, স্থানান্তরিত বা চলমান সকল প্রকার দেওয়ানী মোকদ্দমা বা কার্যধারা অত্র বেঞ্চেই শুনানী ও নিষ্পত্তি হইবে। |
