The matter has been appeared in the list for hearing, at this juncture, a joint application on behalf of both the parties has been filed for dispose of the Rule on compromise between the pre- emptee-petitioners and pre-emptor-opposite party Nos. 1(b) and 1(c).
All the parties of the application appeared before this Court. Learned Advocates for the petitioners and for the opposite parties jointly submit that the parties have made a compromise as

to the subject matter of this revision outside of the Court and they have voluntarily and willingly executed a compromise which has been submitted along with this application. Learned Advocates for both the parties further submit that above deed of compromise may be accepted and this Rule may be disposed of in terms of the said compromise.
I have considered the submissions of learned Advocates of the respective parties and carefully examined the terms and conditions of the compromise deed executed on 08.12.2024, aforesaid terms and conditions of the deed of compromise appears to be bonafide and lawful.
Accordingly, the application is allowed upon accepting the compromise.
The Rule is disposed of in terms of the compromise deed dated 08.12.2024, annexed with the application as Annexure-‘B’. Let the deed of compromise shall form part of the order.
No orders as to cost.
The order of stay granted at the time of issuance of the Rule is hereby recalled.
