Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite 07.07.2024
party to show cause as to why the accused-petitioner should not be enlarged on bail in Rangpur Kotwali Police Station Case No.56 dated 30.12.2023 corresponding to G. R. No.637 of 2023 under table 14(Ga) of sections 36(1)/38 of the Madok Drabbay Niantran Ain, 2018, now pending in the Court of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Rangpur and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.
The Rule is made returnable within 6 (six) weeks from date.
Pending disposal of the Rule, let the accused petitioners Md. Rabiul Islam, son of Nabiul Islam be enlarged on ad-interim bail till disposal of the Rule on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Rangpur.
The concern Court is at liberty to cancel the bail, if the accused-petitioner misuses the privilege of bail.
Let this matter be placed in the list for hearing on 30.10.2024.
