22.04.2024 Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite parties to
show cause as to why the Judgment and order dated 21.06.2023 passed by the learned Senior Sessions Judge, Narsingdi in Criminal Revision No.04 of 2023 rejecting the revisional application and thereby affirming the order dated 06.07.2022 passed by the learned Senior Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Narsingdi in T.R. Case No.456 of 2022 arising out of Complaint Register (C.R.) Case No.791 of 2021, now pending in the Court of learned Senior Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Narsingdi rejecting the discharge petition filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 241A of the Code of Criminal Procedure and thereby framing charge under Section 420/506 of the Penal Code against the petitioner should not be quashed and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.
The Rule is made returnable within 06(six) weeks from date.
Pending hearing of the rule let all further proceedings of T.R. Case No.456 of 2022 be stayed till disposal of the rule as per as
the petitioner is concerned.
Let this matter be placed in the list for hearing on 23.07.2024.
