Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite 26.05.2024
party to show cause as to why the accused-petitioner should not be enlarged on bail in Baliakandi Police Station Case No.09 dated 16.10.2023 corresponding to G. R. No.194 of 2023 under Sections 341/302/34/114 of the Penal Code, now pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajbari and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper. The Rule is made returnable within 6 (six) weeks
from date.
Pending disposal of the Rule, let the accused petitioners (1) Mustafa Mondal, son of late Ahsan Mondal, (2) Sajib Mondal, son of Akkas Mondal, (3) Rabiul Mondal, son of Shahabuddin Mondal, (4) Salai Mondal, son of Shafi Mondal, (5) Swapan Mondal, son of late Moksed Mondal, (6) Rannu Mohajon, son of Akbar Mohajon, (7) Elias Mondal, son of Alimuddin Mondal and (8) Iran Mondal, son of Zakir Mondal be enlarged on ad-interim bail till disposal of the Rule on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajbari. The concern Court is at liberty to cancel the bail, if the accused-petitioner misuses the privilege of bail.
Let this matter be placed in the list for hearing on 28.08.2024.
