Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite parties to show 08.07.2024 cause as to why the order No.02 dated 30.11.2023 passed by the court of
Senior Sessions Judge, Chattogram in Criminal Revision No.994 of 2023
allowing the Criminal Revision and thereby setting aside the order dated 14.11.2023 passed by the learned Senior Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court,
Chattogram in C. R. Case No.389 of 2023 (Fatikchuri) under section 03 of the Joutuk Nirodh Ain, 2018 rejecting the application for the seizing the passport of the accused petitioner, now pending in the court of learned Senior Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Chattogram should not be quashed and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem
fit and proper.
The Rule is made returnable within 6 (six) weeks from date.
Pending hearing of the Rule, let the order No.02 dated 30.11.2023 be stayed till disposal of the Rule as far as the petitioner is concerned.
