Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite parties to show 08.07.2024
cause as to why the proceeding of Metropolitan Sessions Case No.800 of 2022 arising out of C. R. Case No.106 of 2021 under sections 138/140 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, now pending in the court of learned Joint Metropolitan Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Chattogram should not be quashed and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.
The Rule is made returnable within 6 (six) weeks from date.
Pending hearing of the Rule, let all further proceedings of Metropolitan Sessions Case No.800 of 2022 stayed till disposal of the Rule as far as the petitioner is concerned.
