Let a Rule be issued calling upon the opposite parties to 03.06.2024
show cause as to why the judgment and order dated 22.11.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court,
Rangpur in Criminal Revision No.170 of 2022 arising out of order dated 22.05.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cognizance Court, Kotwali, Rangpur in GR Case No.780 of 2021 which has arisen out of Kotwali Police Station Case No.36 dated 18.11.2021 under sections 143/448/385/ 323/354/379/506/114 of the Penal Code, 1860 allowing the revision and directing the Cognizance Court, Kotwali (Metro), Rangpur for allowing the informant to submit naraji petition in order to further investigation should not be quashed and/or pass such other or further order or orders as to this Court may seem fit and proper.
The Rule is made returnable within 6(six) weeks from
date.
Pending hearing of the Rule, let all further proceedings GR Case No.780 of 2021 be stayed till disposal of the Rule as far as the petitioner is concerned.
Let this matter be placed in the list for hearing on 04.09.2024.
